Ready to take a new approach to journaling?

From 2017-2019 I was struggling with a severe and seemingly insurmountable depression. One of the things that helped pull me out of it was journaling with intention. This wasn’t just writing Dear Diary, here’s what’s happening. I’d been doing that for a long time and it only served to further the rumination I was struggling with. Through a combination of books, online teachers, and my own personal research, I began to journal in a way that allowed me to start tearing down internal beliefs that were no longer serving me. I found gratitude and a way out of my deepest struggles.

Last year, finally, I put together a collection of the most powerful prompts that helped me start to see a path forward. These prompts will take you about 30 days to complete, and I recommend doing one every single day so that a new way of thinking and processing starts to become a habit. Each day has a topic-specific prompt and a gratitude exercise.
